Toshiba has released the Qosmio X770 gaming laptop, featuring a 17.3″ display and a brand new design.

The Toshiba Qosmo X770 is equipped with the Intel Core i7-2630QM quad-core CPU with up to 2.9GHz clock speed, Nvidia GeForce GTX 560M discrete 1.5GB video, 8GB of DDR3 memory, dual storage including a 500GB hybrid solid state drive and a 750GB HDD, and a Blu-ray combo optical drive.

Other features include dual built-in webcams for 3D video recording, Harman/Kardon speaker system and Dolby audio technology, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, and Gigabit LAN connections, a single USB 3.0 and three USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and VGA outputs, and a multi-in-one card reader.

The laptop runs Windows 7 Home Premium OS and will be available soon with a base price of $1,850.

The Dell Alienware M18x gaming laptop is now available.

The price range start from $2,000 up to $6,000. The 18.4-inch M18x laptop features 2nd Generation Intel Core quad-core processor, up to a factory-overclocked i7 2920XM Extreme edition at 4GHz, and single and dual AMD/ATI and Nvidia video card options. Buyers can choose between the single and dual 1.5GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M or dual-only 2GB GDDR5 AMD Radeon HD 6970M.

RAM can be expanded up to 32GB, while maximum for faster 1600MHz memory is 16GB. There are also various storage options, 750GB of traditional HDD or a 256GB SDD. Both HDD and SDD storage capacity can be doubled, since the Alienware M18x has two internal storage bays. Additionally, there’s a single-unit 500GB hybrid HDD/SSD option. Optical drive options are a DVD burner, Blu-ray combo drive and Blu-ray writer.

The full HD display with high-end audio experience is provided by a built-in 2.1 speaker system with subwoofer, 5.1- or 7.1-channel output, and Klipsch technology.

The 18.4-inch M18x laptop features 3MP web camera, Wi-Fi, Gigabit LAN, Bluetooth, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, an eSATA/USB 2.0 connector, and a 9-in-1 media card reader.

When it comes to design, the 12-pound M18x has a distinctive anodized aluminum chassis in black or red color. The laptop runs Windows 7 OS. The preliminary ship date for the Alienware M18x is 05/26/2011.

Fujitsu has released the 3D-capable LifeBook AH572 15.6-inch laptop, based on the 2nd Generation Intel Core “Sandy Bridge” processors.

The Fujitsu LifeBook AH572 features an Xpol 3D filter on the screen with 1366×768 resolution and 400 nits brightness, the Intel Core i5-2410M 2.3GHz dual core processor with integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics, 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 500GB hard drive, a Blu-ray combo drive, and a 6-cell 63Whr battery for “up to 7 hours and 50 minutes” of run time.

An interesting feature on the 3D laptop are two 1.3MP web cameras on the front of the display panel, enabling 3D video recording.

The LifeBook AH572 also has Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) technology, DTS audio, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Gigabit LAN, two USB 3.0 and three USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and VGA outputs, a multi-in-one media card reader, a spill-resistant keyboard.

The LifeBook runs Windows 7 Home Premium and is priced at $999.

The Asus N53JF laptop is now available in the US. The new model equipped with a 15.6-inch full HD display, Nvidia graphics, and an advanced sound system. The Asus N53JF-XE1 laptop, featuring the Intel Core i5 460M 2.53GHz processor, the Nvidia GeForce GT 425M 1GB dedicated video card, 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 500GB HDD, a Blu-ray combo, and Windows 7 Home Premium OS.

The LED-backlight display of the N53JF-XE1 has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels (1080p), which is uncommon for a 15.6-incher, since they mostly have 1366×768.

Asustek has released the ASUS-Lamborghini Eee PC VX6 12.1-inch laptop. The new ultraportable notebook featuring a dual-core Atom CPU, switchable graphics, and a look co-designed by car maker Lamborghini.

The VX6 laptop comes with the Intel Atom D525 1.83GHz dual-core CPU, as well as with Nvidia Optimus switchable GPU technology that combines the Nvidia ION 2 dedicated GPU for more 3D gaming power and Intel’s integrated graphics for a longer battery life. The VX6 laptop also supports full HD 1080p video playback on an external display via HDMI (internal display has a 720p resolution).

Asustek’s stylish ultraportable laptop has a black or white glossy exterior also features USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0 technologies, and the Express Gate instant-on OS besides Windows 7 Home Premium.

The ASUS-Lamborghini Eee PC VX6 is available now in the UK for £499 (around $800 USD). There’s no word yet on availability in other countries.

Asustek has realesed its new laptop – 18.4-inch ASUS W90. The new entertainment laptop is now available in the United States.

The first offered model is the ASUS W90Vp-X1. Second news from HP today. Hewlett-Packard launched today the HP Pavilion dv6t series. Its a first Pavilion-branded laptop with a 16-inch display.

The new screen has a movie-friendly 16:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1336×768 pixels. The HP Pavilion dv6t laptop equipped with a latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated or NVIDIA GeForce 9200M GS 512MB dedicated graphics, up to 8GB of DDR2 memory, up to 500GB of hard drive space, and a DVD burner or Blu-ray optical drive.

HP Pavilion dv6t is a really new entertainment laptop, which featured a built-in web camera, Altec Lansing speakers with Dolby Home Theater technology, a HDTV Hybrid tuner (optionally), Wireless-G or Wireless-N connectivity, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN, and a 56K modem option.

Lenovo today announced the latest additions to its Idea brand of notebooks for consumers – the 16-inch IdeaPad Y650, the 15.6-inch Y550, and 14-inch Y450.

Along with 16:9 format glossy widescreen displays and a new “super-slim” design, the latest IdeaPads feature Intel’s processors, optional NVIDIA graphics chips, up to 500GB of hard drive storage space, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, DVD burners, WiFi, and optional Bluetooth.

The new laptops also feature Dolby Home Theater surround sound, web cameras, and multi-touch touchpads. For gaming enthusiasts, Lenovo developed the 4-in-1 optional remote controller. It is the first to bring PC users the ability to play games using the remote control’s ‘motion drive’ feature, which controls on-screen objects according to the movement of the remote.

Lenovo’s IdeaPad Y650, Y550, and Y450 will be available beginning in March. Manufacturer suggested retail pricing starts at $1,199 for the Y650, and $829 for the Y550 and Y450.
