The Dell Alienware M18x gaming laptop is now available.

The price range start from $2,000 up to $6,000. The 18.4-inch M18x laptop features 2nd Generation Intel Core quad-core processor, up to a factory-overclocked i7 2920XM Extreme edition at 4GHz, and single and dual AMD/ATI and Nvidia video card options. Buyers can choose between the single and dual 1.5GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M or dual-only 2GB GDDR5 AMD Radeon HD 6970M.

RAM can be expanded up to 32GB, while maximum for faster 1600MHz memory is 16GB. There are also various storage options, 750GB of traditional HDD or a 256GB SDD. Both HDD and SDD storage capacity can be doubled, since the Alienware M18x has two internal storage bays. Additionally, there’s a single-unit 500GB hybrid HDD/SSD option. Optical drive options are a DVD burner, Blu-ray combo drive and Blu-ray writer.

The full HD display with high-end audio experience is provided by a built-in 2.1 speaker system with subwoofer, 5.1- or 7.1-channel output, and Klipsch technology.

The 18.4-inch M18x laptop features 3MP web camera, Wi-Fi, Gigabit LAN, Bluetooth, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, an eSATA/USB 2.0 connector, and a 9-in-1 media card reader.

When it comes to design, the 12-pound M18x has a distinctive anodized aluminum chassis in black or red color. The laptop runs Windows 7 OS. The preliminary ship date for the Alienware M18x is 05/26/2011.

Dell launches the 14-inch Inspiron 14z and 15.6-inch Inspiron 15z laptops.

Measuring 1″ thin and starting at 4.4lbs and 5.1lbs respectively, the 14z and 15z powered by new Pentium and Core 2 Duo ULV CPUs, the Intel GMA X4500HD integrated graphics, up to 6GB of DDR3 memory, up to 500GB of hard drive space, a DVD burner, and a battery life of more than 8 hours with the 6-cell battery.

The laptops also sport a built-in 1.3MP web camera, stereo speakers, HDMI and VGA outputs, WiFi, Gigabit LAN, optional Bluetooth, three USB ports and a 7-in-1 media card reader.

The new Dell Inspirons runs under Windows Vista Home Premium OS.

Prices start at $649 and $599 respectively.

The Inspiron 17, a laptop with a 17.3-inch display, has been released. The new Inspiron 17 is equipped with an Intel Pentium or Core 2 Duo CPU, up to 4GB of DDR2 memory, up to 500GB HDD, and a DVD burner or Blu-ray drive.

The Dell Inspiron 17 is managed by the Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphic card. The display has a resolution of 1440×900. The 1080p screen option and the ATI Mobility Radeon 4330 256MB/512MB GPU will be available later, in September.

The Dell Inspiron 17 runs under Windows Vista and equipped wih a built-in webcam, (optional 1.3MP webcam), WiFi, an LAN port, optional Bluetooth, three USB ports, an ExpressCard slot, a 7-in-1 media card reader, and a VGA output.

The price start from $499 at official Dell website.

The new Dell’s Adamo laptop is now available for preorder. Adamo is a thin and light 13.4 inch notebook which equipped with an Intel Core 2 Duo ULV at 1.2GHz, 2GB of 800MHz DDR3 memory, a 128GB solid state drive, and a Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit OS. And graphics are delivered by the mediocre Intel GM45 chip.

The starting price for the Adamo is $1,999. Dell Adamo available for preorder from Dell website.

Dell announced hybrid laptops that feature both an ARM processor-based sub-system and Intel’s traditional main notebook platform.

Dell’s Latitude E4200 and E4300 portables are being advertised as offering, “a dedicated low-voltage sub-processor and OS that can enable multi-day battery life.”

This means running Linux in ‘instant-on’ mode for super quick access to e-mail, calendar, attachments, contacts and even the Interwibble on a super low-power ARM processor, whilst the system’s main operating system would run separately on an Intel Core2 Duo processor.

It’s unclear which ARM processor Dell is using in its Latitude E4200 and E4300, but most believe it would be similar to Texas Instruments’ OMAP2 device.

Dell launched today two new soho laptops. Its a 13.3-inch Studio XPS 1340 and 16-inch Studio XPS 1640 notebooks.

The Dell Studio XPS 1340 and 1640 include the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 500GB of HDD storage or a 128GB solid state drive, Blu-ray optical drive (as option in the rich model). The 1340 equipped with 4GB of DDR3 memory, the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M G or 9500M 256MB graphics and a screen resolution of 1280×800 pixels, while the 1640 includes up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, the new ATI Mobility Radeon M86XT 512MB GPU, and a 1366×768 display.

The laptops also feature a 2MP web camera, stereo speakers, 802.11n wireless connectivity, optional Bluetooth, and support for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon mobile broadband and run Windows Vista OS.

Both Dell’s laptops start at $1,199.

Dell unveiled its new Inspiron 15 1545 laptop with a 15.6-inch display and Intel’s processor.

The Inspiron 15 1525 will arrive with the Intel Celeron or Core 2 Duo CPU, the GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics, up to 4GB of DDR2 memory, and a DVD burner or Blu-ray drive.

The Inspiron 15 1545 equipped with a 1.3-megapixel web camera, 802.11n wireless support, Bluetooth, a Gigabit Ethernet LAN port, three USB ports, an ExpressCard slot, a 8-in-1 media card reader, and a VGA output.

Cheapest Dell’s laptop has been launched today in the United States. The Vostro A860 is a 15.6-inch laptop that was aimed only at emerging markets.

The Dell Vostro A860 features Intel’s Celeron or Pentium Dual Core processor, GM965 chipset with GMA X3100+ integrated graphics, 1GB or 2GB of DDR2 memory, a 120GB or 160GB hard drive, and a Combo optical drive or DVD burner, all depending on model. Display has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.

The Vostro A860 also includes 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN, and a 56k modem, as well as a single speaker, two USB ports, a PC Card slot, 3-in-1 media card reader, and Firewire.

With a standard 4-cell battery, the notebook weighs 5.4 pounds, runs Windows Vista Home Basic and price starting at $379 after saving.

The 14.1-inch Latitude E6400 will replace Dell’s D630. These will be Dell’s first Montevina / Centrino 2 class laptop. The E6400 will weigh 4.4lbs and have the following built-in options:

Dell today unveiled its a new laptop – the Latitude E6400 ATG series.

The 14.1-inch laptop, designed for those that work in the field, is based on Intel Centrino 2 technology and features Core 2 Duo processors, up to 8GB of system memory, a ruggedized HDD or solid state drive, Intel’s integrated graphics, and various mobile broadband options.

As you would expect the Latitude E6400 offerings include the latest Intel Montevina processor platform, below are the options being offered:
